Our Story
Elkan Group has spent 18+ years repairing and waterproofing bathrooms across Melbourne. Over that time, we've stayed focused on one part of the trade, everything to do with keeping a bathroom watertight and working properly, from leaking showers and failed waterproofing to resealing, regrouting, and full bathroom restorations.
It's one team handling it all, so whether it's a small repair or a complete bathroom overhaul, you're dealing with the same experienced group from start to finish.
Why Homeowners Trust Us
As an experienced team working across Melbourne bathrooms, we've seen where repairs go right and where they go wrong, and we understand exactly why, whether it's a shortcut in the prep, the wrong material for the space, or a repair that only ever treated the symptom.
That understanding shapes every job we take on, and it's why homeowners keep coming back to us when something needs to be done properly.
18 Years of Experience — enough time on the job to know how Melbourne bathrooms actually fail, from ageing waterproofing to grout and silicone breaking down, and how to fix each one properly.
One Focus, Done Properly — we specialise in bathroom restoration and waterproofing, giving every job the attention, care, and expertise it deserves.
One Team, Start to Finish — no handballing between subcontractors. The same experienced team manages your job from the first inspection to the final check.
Real Fixes, Not Patch Jobs — we investigate the actual cause of a problem before repairing it, so the fix holds up instead of resurfacing again down the track.
Having the right team matters more with bathroom work than most people realise; it's the difference between a fix that lasts and one you're paying for again in a year.
If your bathroom needs attention, whether it's a leak, worn grout, failing waterproofing, or a full restoration, you're dealing with a team that's genuinely focused on getting it right, not just getting it done.
